Important informations

• Reservations can only be made online by following the reservation tab. For group reservations or people who need assistance, we will return calls and emails within 24-48 hours.
• For cottages, a minimum of two nights are required for a reservation
• The day prior to your arrival, you will get an email with the PIN code to access your unit.
• Please note that 3 nights are due on Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Canada Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving
• Please note that animals are prohibited in the chalets and rooms
• The chalets and rooms are non-smoking
• Departure: 10:30 am | arrival: 4:00 p.m.
• Accommodation, the nightly rate is valid for a specific number of guests. Please ensure you don’t exceed the number of guests allowed in the accommodation you rent.
• Cancellation – for all cancellation requests, please contact us at info@domaineanniesurmer.com. We will analyze your request according to our reservation and cancellation policies. A customer service agent will contact you.
